A share is one asset shared with one person for editing — a folder of 4 assets shared with 3 people uses 12. View-only sharing is always free and unlimited. Subscriptions are set up and managed through the mobile app.

One worked example, so the math is never a mystery.

Common pricing questions

What's an asset share?
One asset shared with one person for editing access. A folder of 4 assets shared with 3 people uses 12 shares. View-only sharing is always free and unlimited.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan includes 5 assets and 20 asset shares with no credit card required.
Can multiple people share one paid plan?
No. EazyMaintenance accounts are individual. You can share specific assets with other people at no cost to them, but there's no multi-user or family plan where several people jointly manage one account.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted, hidden, or made read-only. If you're over your new plan's limits, you simply can't create new assets or shares until you're back under them — your existing data stays fully usable. See our Security & Your Data page for the full picture.
