Built by a mechanic, used by a mechanic.

Not a product team guessing at your workflow — a real shop's problem, solved once, and shared.

EazyMaintenance started the way most useful tools do: as a fix for a specific, recurring annoyance, built by the person living it.

Every day in the shop meant repeating the same jobs on the same trucks — and every time, re-digging for which part, which spec, where it was ordered from. Notebooks and spreadsheets could log what happened. Neither could remember what the next one would need.

Why we built it this way

The app isn't designed from a spreadsheet of market trends — it's designed from a real shop's actual workflow. That shows up in small ways: mileage is a manual reference field, not an oversold "smart" trigger, because that's honestly what it does. The parts library doesn't claim search or filtering it doesn't have yet. We'd rather describe the app accurately than describe it impressively.

It grew past the shop

Once the tracking problem was solved for the truck bay, the same pattern showed up everywhere else — including at home. Recurring service, a specific part or spec attached to it, a reminder before it's due: that's not unique to vehicles. It's the same shape of problem for a water heater filter, a horse's farrier schedule, or a generator's service interval. So EazyMaintenance grew to cover all of it, in one account, rather than forcing a choice between several single-purpose apps.

Where we are today

EazyMaintenance is a small, independent, self-funded team. We're actively building, we read every piece of feedback we get, and we're building this for the long run — not to flip it. If something's missing or wrong, tell us. That's genuinely how this gets better.
